In order to offer a better experience to survey participants from our old websites, we are in the process of moving their survey accounts to our improved Ciao Surveys websites. Here are answers to frequently asked questions from members of our old websites whose accounts are being transferred.
1. What benefits can I expect from the new survey website?

Our new website contains a number of features to enhance your survey-taking experience and increase your earning opportunities. For example, whenever you have some free time, you can log in to your member page and find a link to paid surveys preselected for you. An improved profiling system means that we will be able to choose the surveys that best fit your interests and experience. And this is just the beginning: in the near future, look for fun activities and competitions on the website, and still more survey functionalities.

2. How can I log in to the new website?

When your Ciao Surveys account is ready, you will be sent an e-mail with your new login details. Normally, these will be the e-mail address you use for surveys and your existing Ciao password. If you have misplaced this e-mail, you can request a login reminder here. |

3. What will happen to the money I have earned on the old website?

All of your earnings will be transferred to your new account, and you will be able to access them on the new website. |

5. What will happen to the profiles I have completed on the old website?

Some of your profile details will be transferred, but some profile questions will need to be answered again with fresh information. The first time you log in to your new Ciao Surveys account, it's a good idea to check your profiles for sections which are now blank and need to be answered again. Refreshing your profiles is essential because we use your profile information to find paid surveys that are right for you. The more up-to-date profile information you provide, the more paid surveys you can qualify to take.
